A recent change in Atrezzo temporarily expanded the required fields for submitting authorization requests and member lookups. This issue has now been resolved, and the required fields have been reverted to their original state.
To ensure the changes are reflected correctly, providers may need to log out of Atrezzo, clear cache and browsing data from the past 24 hours, and log back in.
